An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by offering several payment options. In office we accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Care Credit.
For patients with dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. However, if we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 90 days, you will be responsible for payment of your treatment fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance carrier. We accept all insurances, but we are preferred providers (considered “in network”) for: Aetna, Ameritas (principal and standard), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Guardian, Delta Dental, UHC and United Concordia. We do want to remind families that it is your responsibility to be familiar with benefits provided by your particular insurance plan. All questions regarding coverage of specific treatment need to be addressed prior to treatment.
Lincoln Children’s Dentistry, PC requires payment prior to the completion of your treatment. If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is complete, you will receive a refund less the cost of care received. We do not accept payment payment plans longer than 3 months, but accept Care Credit for larger outstanding accounts. We charge 16% interest on all past due accounts. Any payment plan will require an active credit card to remain on file that will be charged the agreed monthly fee on the 1st of the month.
