Appointment Policy
As your pediatric dentist office, we have advanced training specifically to care for children’s oral health and behavioral challenges. We schedule our appointments intentionally to give us the time we require to give your child the best treatment and care possible along with our focused attention. In order for us to respect the time of all of our patients, we ask that you help us in regards to the appointments that have been specifically reserved for your child!
In order to better serve you we ask that you honor an appointment agreement by following these guidelines:
- Arrive to your appointment 10 minutes in advance of your reserved appointment time to fill out any paper work, have your child’s temperature taken and go through the pre-screening process.
- If you need to change your reserved appointment time with us, please give us 48 hours advanced notice to avoid accruing a cancellation fee.
- If you happen to be running late, call our office immediately so we can let our clinical team know and assess options for your child’s appointment time.
