MEET THE TEAM
It’s no secret that Dr. Becky loves working with children and caring for animals. She earned her BA in Zoology from the Miami University in Oxford, OH, then decided to follow in her father’s footsteps and go to dental school and received her DDS degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2001. Her specialty training includes her certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry Pediatric Residency Program in Omaha, NE. About two years ago Dr. Becky brought her two passions together when she added Maizie, our therapy dog, to the team!

If you see Dr. Becky out in the community you may find her cheering on her kids at sporting events, grabbing tea at Starbucks, or buying food for her goats, chickens, and horses at the local feed shop. Dr. Becky has a kind and caring demeanor with a smile that warms your heart.
Dr. Becky is an avid learner and continues to grow in her profession to give her patients and families excellent dental care. She advocates for improved dental health care at a state level and is a member with multiple dental associations.
Ms. Lisa,
Practice Administrator
Ms Lisa is originally from Lincoln and has recently returned after living out of state for several years. She has over 30 years’ experience combined in both the medical and dental setting, with 18 of those years in Practice Management.  Working with kids all day long is right up her alley and she strives to make each and every patient feel comfortable about being at the dentist with her “grandmotherly ways”.  After hours, you may find Lisa hunting for that treasure at an antique store, traveling, trying new things and spending time with family and friends.  Her BIGGEST joy in life is her grandchildren and she is keeping in shape, chasing them around.
Mrs. Mikaela,
Hygienist
Mrs Mikaela hails from North Platte, NE where she was born and raised.  She met her husband at the University of Nebraska and has been loving living in Lincoln ever since.  They have two cute, wild girls.  Mikaela graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in 2012 and starting working at Lincoln Children’s Dentistry the same year.  She feels very fortunate to have worked at a great office for so many years. She loves working with kids and trying to help them like (or at least tolerate) coming to the dentist. When she’s not working you can find her trying to keep up with her girls and occasionally hiding from them. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
MRS. Bailey,
Hygienist
Mrs. Bailey has been part of the LCD team for 8 years. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2015. Bailey met her husband, Daniel, while they were both working at Lincoln Children’s Dentistry. They were married in 2017 and have two sweet kiddos. Bailey is truly passionate about working with children and strives to make each appointment a positive one for the patient. She considers it a success and a joy when her patients leave with smiles. When she’s not working, you can find her chasing after her kids, playing board games with her husband, singing at church, cosplaying Elsa, creating makeup looks, and wishing she was on a beach somewhere.
Mrs Stephany was born in Venezuela and her native language is Spanish. She moved to Lincoln with her husband in 2019. She graduated as a dentist in Venezuela in 2017 and she is currently working as a dental assistant while she is doing her re-evaluation process to obtain her license as a dentist in the United States. Pediatric dentistry is her passion, she loves helping people, especially children. Her main objective is to ensure each and every patient has an enjoyable dental experience. She also keeps us girls looking pretty with her cosmetology skills. She feels blessed to be part of the team and learning more every day. Outside of work, Stephany keeps busy with travel, endless classes and looking forward to starting her own family.
Ms. Patty,
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Ms Patty is the newest addition to our Lincoln Childrens Dentistry Family. Patty moved to Lincoln in June of 2022. She has been a Dental Assistant for ten years and is super excited to be working with the kiddos and their families. She has worked with newborns to 99-year-old patients. Patty’s main goal in dentistry is to start dental experiences with the upmost positivity so that their dental experiences are GREAT in their childhood and may make their experience as an adult less anxiety ridden. When Patty isn’t running around in clinic, she’s running after her two boys, four dogs, and wonderful boyfriend.  She also enjoys being outside, listening to books, and trying new things.
Mrs. Sadie,
FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR
Mrs. Sadie is from Dawson, Minnesota where she was born and raised. Sadie moved to Lincoln in June of 2022 with her husband Blake. Sadie met Blake at the University of Sioux Falls where she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Social Science. She and her husband have 2 four legged babies in their family, their cat, Sybil and their Golden Retriever, Nala. Sadie has worked with kids for several years and she loves getting to know both the kids and their families. When Sadie is not at the front desk in the office, you can find her running around the park with Nala, relaxing at the lake, or curled up with a cozy blanket and a good book.
Parker,
Dental Assistant
Mrs Parker has been working in pediatric dentistry for the past 4 years and is passionate
about making dental visits fun and stress-free for kids. She loves helping young patients feel
comfortable and confident in the dental chair. Outside of work, you can find Parker enjoying
crafts and exploring new family-friendly activities!
Miss Maizie, CACG,
Head of Smiles and Wags
Meet our certified therapy dog, Maizie! Maizie is specially trained to provide comfort, affection and support to ease stress, anxiety and fear your child may have during their dental visit. Maizie loves to give hugs and kisses, chase balls and goats and cuddle with her human family and friends. Maizie and the entire team at Lincoln Children’s Dentistry look forward to providing a fun and positive dental experience for your child! Maizie has earned the AKC Advanced Canine Good Citizen and AKC Community Canine titles through many hours of training with the great team at Domesti-Pups.
